Ayurveda Wellness

My retreats are based on Ayurvea ,Indian Yogic and Spiritual path. Ayurveda is not just about nutrition or herbology, it has a unique tool for diagnosis, diagnosis of understanding the human constitution is different from person to person. Each one has a unique metabolic system. The great thing about Ayurveda is that its treatments always yield side benefits, not side effects.

“Life (ayu) is the combination (samyoga) of body, senses, mind and reincarnating soul. Ayurveda is the most sacred science of life, beneficial to humans both in this world and the world beyond.”

I welcome whole-heartedly Souls on this path.  Spiritual journey is inward journey so please spend time with your-self. Every soul is on soul-path let them enjoy their retreat. Please complete you exercises to get most out of this retreat.

I run retreat through-out year so one can join any retreat as per connivance. Some time we have very less occupancy, but that could be your opportunity to get UN-divided attention.

Kerala - Land of Ayurveda & God's Own Country!

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India.

More than a mere system of treating illness, Ayurveda is a science of life (Ayur = life, Veda = science or knowledge). It offers a body of wisdom designed to help people stay vital while realizing their full human potential. Providing guidelines on ideal daily and seasonal routines, diet, behavior and the proper use of our senses, Ayurveda reminds us that health is the balanced and dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind, and spirit.
