Ayurveda Tea Session with Nature 7am
Yoga 8 am to 8:45 am
Breakfast 9am to 9.30am
Personal Counselling session of 45min. between10am, to 1pm
Lunch 1:30 to 2:30pm
Rest till 4pm
Evening Tea Session 4pm
Evening Counselling Session 45 min between 3 to 6pm
Evening Yoga Session 5pm ( Self Practise)
Evening Meditation Session 6pm
Evening Chanting Dance Session 8 to 9pm..
Lights off 9:30pm
( Two personal counselling session daily, time can be changed)
Sunday is Weekly Off
One can choose sight seeing or market trip around.
